As a preparation for tomorrow's surgery, Claire underwent a heart cath on Friday, March 13. Claire was incredibly brave and did splendidly, which isn't a big surprise. The surgeon today told us that everything inside looks as beautifully as he has ever seen in a heart patient. Enjoy some of these photos!
Matthew's mom has been with us since before the heart cath and has been an incredible blessings to all of us.
Isaac has been a champ during all of our hospital ventures.
This is a brief video of Claire sitting up for the first time after the cath. She had to stay on her back for about 5 hours with her leg flat so that the point where the cath went in would heal quickly. Her hairdo is quite stylish, something straight out of the style section of the New York Times Magazine.
What a happy little girl. :]
